MANAGING PRINCIPAL

STÉPHANIE MCMANUS

Stéphanie contributes more than 14 years of experience in community planning, project management, stakeholder and public engagement, public and private fund-raising, government relations, and organizational leadership. She serves as the Managing Principal for our firm and Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the statewide executive leadership program, Leadership Ohio. Stéphanie was also invited to serve on the Philanthropic Partners Committee supporting the Governor-appointed America 250 Ohio Commission preparing the state to take part in the nationwide celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States on July, 4, 2026. Stéphanie has held key roles in numerous community comprehensive plans, zoning updates, public funding applications, and regional studies across Ohio utilizing her expertise in government and public relations, stakeholder engagement, fundraising and project management to help communities thrive. Previously, Stéphanie held leadership roles with BalletMet as the Director of Development, the Ohio History Connection as Major Gift Officer and Interim Chief Development Officer, Alumni, Foundation, and Government Relations Officer at the Columbus College of Art and Design, and with Explore Licking County as a Member of the Board of Directors. She is recognized for her ability to foster impactful community connections, facilitate strategic approaches for complex projects, and her dedication to civic engagement.
