Vince brings to Neighborhood Strategies more than 30 years of experience in community development and program management, with a significant portion of his career dedicated to USDA Rural Development. He serves as Senior Planner for our firm. Vince has expertise in assisting communities with identifying and securing grant funding, managing special initiatives, and nurturing partnerships that promote sustainable economic development on both state and national scales. His strategic approach has been instrumental to ensuring that communities have the financial resources needed to pursue essential projects. Vince has played a crucial role in our firm with the creation and implementation of community profiles, comprehensive plans, and zoning projects. Having served on Granville Township’s Zoning Commission for 14 years, as a member of the Outdoor Recreation Council of Appalachia’s Board of Directors in Southeast Ohio for 4 years and chairing the USDA Innovation Center’s National Recreation Working Group for 5 years has helped him successfully guide communities through zoning updates or implementation and creating sustainable community plans. Vince’s exceptional ability to listen to and translate the needs and aspirations of residents and local leaders into strategic, actionable policies has driven community success across Ohio.
