Neighborhood Strategies is partnering with global engineering firm, Jacobs, to support an ODOT study focused on establishing a clear framework for improving north-south connections in southwest Licking County. The  study aims to address anticipated growth driven by the Ohio One Intel mega site in New Albany, Ohio. Leveraging extensive local expertise and stakeholder engagement, our team is contributing insights on land use, infrastructure, and economic development to shape impactful, data-driven recommendations.

As a subconsultant to Jacobs, Neighborhood Strategies has been brought on board for our firm’s expertise conducting community and stakeholder engagement, developing economic development strategies, familiarity with Licking County leaders, community, and road infrastructure, and experience authoring comprehensive plans and zoning updates in the area. Our firm is currently conducting stakeholder meetings with elected officials and leaders of relevant organizations, in addition to advising the study team on land use in the area. Neighborhood Strategies will provide input on final recommendations at the conclusion of the project.
